|1.00||onion — large, chopped|
|15.00 ml||tomato paste|
|15.00 ml||lemon juice|
|120.00 g||flour — cake|
|0.00||sunflower oil — for frying|
Mix all the ingredients together except the flour and water and leave for 10 minutes.
Stir in the flour and enough water to make a stiff batter.
Rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Fry 15 ml of the batter at a time in hot oil.
Drain on paper towelling and serve with mango salsa (see recipe).
