This one-pan breakfast uses a pantry staple that makes for a delicious brekkie!
|1 tin||corned beef|
|1/2 tin||baked beans|
|1 tsp||garlic — crushed|
|1/2||onion — finely chopped|
|1/4 tsp||black pepper|
|2 tsp||BBQ spice blend|
|fresh parsley — to garnish|
Heat 1tbsp oil in a large pan on medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook for 4 minutes or until the onions are translucent.
Stir in corned beef, BBQ spice blend and black pepper, combining everything together. Add a little bit of water and cook for 1 minute.
Pour in half a can of baked beans and mix everything together.
Using your large spoon, create open sections in the pan and crack the eggs into each. Cover the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the eggs are done to your liking.
Garnish with parsley and serve with bread.
