|250 ml||fresh coriander|
|4||spring onion — chopped|
|2||garlic — cloves, crushed|
|15 ml||fresh ginger — freshly grated|
|30-60 ml||fresh chillies — 573|
|1||fresh chillies — chopped|
|15 ml||soy sauce — light|
|30 ml||cashew nuts — toasted|
Combine all the ingredients together in a food processor and blend until smooth. Spoon into sterilised jars. Pour a little oil over the top. Seal and store in the fridge for up to a month.
