Coconut and dark chocolate truffles
|100 g||dark chocolate — 70% cocoa|
|1/4 cup||Nestlé full cream sweetened condensed milk|
|100 g||tennis biscuits — crushed|
|1/2 cup||desiccated coconut|
|1 cup||Nestlé cocoa powder — to serve|
Melt the chocolate and butter together in a double boiler. Add the condensed milk, biscuits and coconut and mix to combine.
Roll into small size balls and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Just before serving roll the coconut balls into the cocoa powder, place in a sieve and shake to remove any excess cocoa powder and serve
