Ingredients (8)

250.00 g mature cheddar cheese — grated
Tabasco sauce
250.00 g cream cheese
5.00 ml curry powder
1.00 ml salt
45.00 ml sherry — dry
125.00 ml chutney
1.00 spring onions — bunch, finely chopped

Mix all ingredients, except chutney and spring onions. Spoon mixture into ramekins and chill until firm.
TO SERVE: Spread chutney on top of cheese and garnish with spring onions.
Makes 500 ml (2 cups).
