Chocolaty pretzel bark

Drizzle melted white chocolate over to add contrasting colour and flair to the pretzel bark. The caramel sweets can be substituted with mini marshmallows.

Ingredients (6)

350 g dark chocolate
200 g pretzel twists
200 g caramel sweets — roughly chopped
30 ml water
100 g pistachio nuts — chopped
5 ml sea salt

Method:

1 Melt 250g of the chocolate
in the microwave, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth. Spread the chocolate evenly
onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

2 Immediately scatter the pretzel twists over and gently press
them into the chocolate.

3 Put the caramel sweets and water into an
ovenproof bowl.

Put in the microwave and melt, stirring every 15 seconds until
smooth. Drizzle the melted caramel over the pretzels.

4 Melt the remaining chocolate and drizzle over. Sprinkle the chopped
nuts and sea salt on top.

5 Chill until hardened. Cut or break into pieces to serve
