Preheat oven to 180 ºC. Mix flour, cocoa powder, icing sugar and egg white in a bowl. Stir in melted butter. Roll mixture into small balls and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, or until crisp, and serve with chocolate fondue (see recipe).
