|200 g||dark chocolate — chopped|
|300 ml||flour — cake|
|50 ml||cocoa powder|
|2,5 ml||Robertson's baking powder|
|2||eggs — large|
|180 ml||brown sugar|
|100 g||pecan nuts — chopped|
|ice cream — berries and melted chocolate|
Melt the chocolate and the butter on a medium heat in the microwave oven. Leave to cool slightly.
Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and a pinch of salt together.
Add the eggs and the brown sugar to the chocolate mixture and beat well until smooth. Stir in the dry ingredients and the nuts.
Pour into a well-greased, paper-lined nonstick pizza pan. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.
To serve, cut the pizza into wedges and serve each wedge with a ball of ice cream, berries and a drizzle of melted chocolate.
