Chocolate pizza with ice cream and berries

Ingredients (9)

200 g dark chocolate — chopped
100 g butter
300 ml flour — cake
50 ml cocoa powder
2,5 ml Baking powder
2 eggs — large
180 ml brown sugar
100 g pecan nuts — chopped
ice cream — berries and melted chocolate

Melt the chocolate and the butter on a medium heat in the microwave oven. Leave to cool slightly.

Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and a pinch of salt together.

Add the eggs and the brown sugar to the chocolate mixture and beat well until smooth. Stir in the dry ingredients and the nuts.

Pour into a well-greased, paper-lined nonstick pizza pan. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.

To serve, cut the pizza into wedges and serve each wedge with a ball of ice cream, berries and a drizzle of melted chocolate.
