Ingredients (8)

150 g butter
60 ml brown sugar — soft
80 ml castor sugar
1 eggs — yolk only
5 ml vanilla — essence
375 ml flour — cake
180 ml chocolate — chips

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180ºc.
Line biscuit trays with baking paper.
Beat butter, sugars and egg yolk together, with electric beater until light and creamy.
Add essence, beat again until combined.
Add flour and chocolate chips. Stir until combined. Mix together to form a soft dough.
Roll
one tablespoon of mixture at a time into a ball and place on baking
tray. Press extra chocolate dots firmly on top of balls.
Bake for 15 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned.
