|1 cup||fresh cream — whipped|
|1 cup||luxury truffle ganache|
|3 cup||fresh berries|
|1.5 cup||swiss rolls — sliced, crumbled shortbread biscuits|
|50 g||milk chocolate|

Fold half the whipped cream through the ganache
Layer biscuits or Swiss roll slices, ganache and berries in a large glass bowl or individual shot glasses
Top with dollops of remaining cream and sprinkle over grated chocolate.
