Ingredients (5)

1 cup fresh cream — whipped
1 cup luxury truffle ganache
3 cup fresh berries
1.5 cup swiss rolls — sliced, crumbled shortbread biscuits
50 g milk chocolate

Method:

Fold half the whipped cream through the ganache

Layer biscuits or Swiss roll slices, ganache and berries in a large glass bowl or individual shot glasses

Top with dollops of remaining cream and sprinkle over grated chocolate.
