Chocolate avocado filled cannelloni
|11 g||cocoa powder|
|58 g||castor sugar|
|33 g||butter — melted|
|50 g||eggs — white|
|1/3 c||cocoa powder|
|1 tsp||coffee powder|
|3 Tbs||coconut milk|
|1 tsp||vanilla — essence|
For the cannelloni:
Combine all the dry ingredients.
Combine all the wet ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and blend until a paste forms. Spread onto a prepared baking tray and bake at 160°c for 15 minutes.
Cut cannelloni into strips. Shape cannelloni into cylinders while still warm and workable.
For the chocolate avocado filling:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Put the chocolate avocado filling into a piping bag and pipe the mixture into the cylinders. Dust with icing sugar and enjoy!
Serving suggestion: For a feminine presentation, garnish with edible flowers.
