Choc chip peanut butter baked oats

Baked oats in the air fryer, topped with peanut butter and chocolate chips for a deliciously comforting winter breakfast.

Ingredients (9)

1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup milk — of your choice
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 banana
1 tbsp sweetener — of your choice
1 egg
1 dash vanilla essence
1 tsp peanut butter
1 tbsp chocolate chips

Method:

Preheat your air fryer to 175°C.

Blend everything except the peanut butter and choc chips and pour into a greased ramekin.

Add the teaspoon of peanut butter into the middle and top with the chocolate chips.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Serve warm.
