Ingredients (12)

2.00 red pepper — whole
3.00 garlic — large cloves
120.00 g fresh chives — finely chopped
4.00 ml cinnamon — ground
4.00 ml nutmeg — ground
6.00 ml allspice
1.00 ml cloves — ground
190.00 ml vinegar
190.00 ml soy sauce
18.00 ml salt
15.00 ml rum
24.00 chicken — wings

Blend all the ingredients except chicken in a blender.
Marinade chicken for at least three hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 200 °C and bake chicken until sticky and brown.
Serve with honeyed sweet potato.
