Don't let any part of the chicken go to waste! These chicken offal cuts – including feet, intestines, necks, hearts and gizzards – are packed with unique and delicious flavours.

Ingredients (9)

250 g chicken feet
150 g chicken gizzards
200 g chicken intestines
100 g chicken hearts
200 g chicken necks
2 garlic cloves
1 l stock
1 green chilli
1 red chilli

Method:

Place your pot on high heat. Place all meats into pot.

Add 1 litre of stock into pot.

AddPlace your tripe in the pot on high heat and add six cups of water. Let it cook forsome time.

Add salt, cover it and let it cook for 25 minutes.

Cut peppers and chillis into small pieces.

Add pieces into the pot.

Let it cook.

Serve and plate.
