Chicken and spinach meatballs

Ingredients (11)

1 kg chicken breast fillets — pureed
1/2 mushrooms — finely chopped
(you can use the food processor again)
1/4 cup oatbran
1/2 cup onion — finely chopped
60 g spinach — finely chopped
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chicken spice
3 eggs — white

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Spray 2 muffin tins with cooking spray or rub with olive oil.

Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl using your hands.

Roll into balls and place onto muffin tray. Sprinkle with some more chicken spices and bake until golden brown.
