40 g fresh coriander — finely chopped
4 garlic — minced
2 sweet paprika
1 ground cumin
5 g coriander seeds — toasted and freshly ground
1 tsp fine sea salt
3 olive oil — extra virgin
1 lemon — zest and juice
4 plain double thick yoghurt
