|500 g||beef mince — lean|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper|
|200 g||cheddar cheese — grated|
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
1. Heat the oil and fry the onions, garlic and cumin until soft.
2. Add the mince and brown.
3. Stir in the tomato paste, simmer for a few minutes and season with the sugar, salt and pepper.
4. Place one tortilla on a baking sheet and add alternating layers of mince, tortilla and cheese. End with cheese.
5. Grill for 10 minutes.
