|500 g||chicken breast fillet|
|1 packet||Royco Four Cheese Flavour Pasta sauce|
|250 ml||fresh cream|
|250 ml||cheddar cheese, grated|
|250 ml||parmesan cheese, grated|
|1 cup||frozen green peas|
|1 cup||brown mushrooms|
|50 ml||extra virgin olive oil|
|500 g||pasta — of your choice|
Brown the chicken in olive oil until its golden
Now add the butter, mushrooms, peas and stir
Add in the Royco pasta sauce, cream, cheese and simmer until it’s all mixed and melted and gooey
Then all you do is serve it over your favourite pasta with freshly milled black pepper.
It is the easiest, cheesiest thing you’ll do all day.
