Ingredients (12)

McCain Oven Chips Sea Salt and Pepper — frozen, to serve
750 g McCain Frozen Cauliflower Florets
For the marinade
3/4 cup plain yoghurt
2 tsp fresh garlic — crushed
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 lemon — juiced
1 tbsp oil
salt and black pepper — to taste

Preheat oven to 200 Degrees Celsius

Combine all the ingredients for the marinade and mix well

Place the frozen cauliflower flortes in a large bowl and mix in the yoghurt marinade, give it a good toss to coat the cauliflower

Gently place the marinated cauliflower florets into an oven proof tray and bake for 25 – 30 minutes until it is nicely charred

Serve with McCain Sea Salt and Pepper Oven Chips, salad and cucumber yoghurt.
