Caramelised red onion, rocket and goat’s cheese wraps
|30.00 ml||fresh chillies — 573|
|2.00||red onions — finely sliced|
|45.00 ml||brown sugar — soft|
|45.00 ml||vinegar — balsamic|
|150.00 g||goat's milk cheese — soft|
|5.00||tortillas — flour|
Heat oil in a frying pan, add the onions and fry over a low heat for 15 minutes until golden brown and caramelised.
Add vinegar and cook gently for 10 minutes. Allow to cool slightly
Spread a little goat’s cheese on each tortilla, cover with onion and top with rocket.
Roll up and serve or keep in refrigerated in an airtight container.
