|100 g||feta cheese — crumbled|
|15 ml||fresh rosemary — chopped|
|2||eggs — large|
|125 ml||evaporated milk|
Oven temperature: 160°C
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and sauté the onion until golden brown. Boil the potatoes until just tender and peel and slice them. Arrange the potatoes and onions in a greased rectangular baking dish.
Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour over the potatoes. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
