Caesar salad dressing
|1||garlic — cloves, bruised|
|lemon — halved, juice only|
|10 ml||dijon mustard|
|1 ml||Worcestershire sauce|
|2||anchovy fillets — in oil|
|sea salt and freshly ground black pepper|
|100 ml||grapeseed oil — or extra virgin olive oil|
Place the egg, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and anchovies in a food processor and season with salt and black pepper.
While blending, add the olive oil in a thin stream to create a thick, glossy dressing.
