Ingredients (8)

1 eggs
1 garlic — cloves, bruised
lemon — halved, juice only
10 ml dijon mustard
1 ml Worcestershire sauce
2 anchovy fillets — in oil
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
100 ml grapeseed oil — or extra virgin olive oil

Place the egg, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and anchovies in a food processor and season with salt and black pepper.

While blending, add the olive oil in a thin stream to create a thick, glossy dressing.
