Brussels sprouts kebabs
|300 g||brussel sprouts|
|10 ml||Dijon mustard|
|30 ml||parmesan cheese — grated|
|8||bacon — smoked rashers|
Cook the Brussels sprouts for about 10 minutes or until just tender. Rinse in cold water.
Mix the cooked sprouts with the mustard and Parmesan. Then thread four Brussels sprouts onto a kebab stick with a rasher of bacon.
Arrange the skewers on a greased baking tray and grill until the bacon is crispy on all sides. Serve hot.
