Ingredients (9)

2 store-bought frozen pizza bases with tomato
45 ml oil
1 onion — medium, sliced
2 garlic — cloves, crushed
1 red pepper — sliced
150 g button mushrooms — sliced
250 g sausages — pork
45 ml oil
2 eggs — room temperature

Method:

Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease a baking tray.

Arrange pizza bases on the pan. Heat oil and sauté onion, garlic, red pepper and mushrooms until crisp-tender.

Squeeze meat out of sausages and form into bite sized pieces.

Heat oil in a small frying pan and fry sausage meat.

Scatter sausage meat over dough, top with onion mixture.

Break eggs into the middle of the pizza.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until eggs are cooked to your desire and crust is crisp.
