Braai breads with garlic butter

Soften the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Grate the garlic, chop the rosemary finely and mix into the butter.
Mix the butter well and season.
Spread the bread generously with the butter and make sandwiches.
Place them in a 2-sided grid, turning once for 10-15 minutes. You can also just place them straight on the braai and turn with a spatula.
Chefs tip: Add mature cheddar for a cheesy toastie.
