Blueberry “Moscow Mule” mocktail
|1||lime — quartered|
|2 cup||ginger beer|
Add blueberries to a large glass with lime wedges, mint and sugar syrup. Muddle ingredients together well.
Fill the glass with crushed ice.
Top with ginger beer and stir.
To make sugar syrup combine 100g castor sugar with 100ml water in a pot. Heat to dissolve the sugar and then boil for one minute. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
