|600 g||beef mince|
|4||sweet potatoes — small|
|olive oil — for drizzling|
|1||cumin — seeds|
|1||garlic — cloves, crushed|
|1/2 tsp||cumin — ground|
|sea salt and freshly ground black pepper|
|4||bread — ciabatta or hamburger rolls, toasted|
|125 g||blue cheese — crumbled|
|1/2||red onion — sliced|
|rocket — wild|
|jam — tomato or sweet chilli sauce|
Preheat oven to 180ºC.
Cut sweet potatoes into wedges, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cumin seeds and sea salt. Bake for half an hour.
Place the mince, breadcrumbs, garlic, ground cumin and seasoning in a bowl and mix together until combined. Shape into 4 patties.
Heat a large frying pan, add a little oil and cook patties on both sides until desired.
Place patties on toasted buns, top with cheese, onion, rocket, and tomato jam. Serve with the sweet potato wedges.
