Black pepper seasoned tuna and bean spread

Ingredients (7)

180 g canned tuna in brine — drained
400 g canned cannellini beans — washed and drained
125 ml mayonnaise
lemon — zest and juice
salt and freshly ground black pepper
low-gi wholewheat bread

1 Put all the ingredients in a large bowl.

2 Using a fork or potato masher, roughly mash the ingredients together.

3 To serve Spread the tuna mixture between two slices of bread, cut the sandwich in half and pop into your lunchbox.
