Biltong and Caprese Salad

A mouthwatering summer salad that consists of chilli biltong, fresh tomatoes, fior di latte mozzarella and basil pesto.

Ingredients (6)

350 g tomatoes — exotic mix
150 g mozzarella cheese — Fior di Latte
2 cup biltong — chiili
3 Tbs pesto — basil
handful fresh basil
olive oil

On a large salad bowl, arrange cut tomatoes, mozzarella and biltong.

Spoon over basil pesto.

Garnish with basil leaves and serve with olive oil.
