A mouthwatering summer salad that consists of chilli biltong, fresh tomatoes, fior di latte mozzarella and basil pesto.
|350 g||tomatoes — exotic mix|
|150 g||mozzarella cheese — Fior di Latte|
|2 cup||biltong — chiili|
|3 Tbs||pesto — basil|
On a large salad bowl, arrange cut tomatoes, mozzarella and biltong.
Spoon over basil pesto.
Garnish with basil leaves and serve with olive oil.
