Ingredients (4)

2 cup rooibos — brewed
xylitol
1/2 lemon — zest and juice
1 cup mixed berries

Method:

Stir together the cooled tea, the xylitol (which can be omitted) and lemon. Roughly chop the berries and place a few berries into each of the popsicle moulds, fill with the tea.
Place in the freezer, and allow to freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely set.
Remove from moulds and serve immediately.
