Ingredients (5)

350 g strawberries — hulled
250 g raspberries
125 g mulberries — or booysen berries
40 g castor sugar
150 ml wine — sweet white

Halve any large strawberries and place them in a bowl with the other berries.
Add sugar and wine.
Toss together lightly, then cover and leave to stand in the fridge for 1 hour or longer.
