Ingredients (8)

1/2 bananas — sliced
oats — rolled
1 cup yoghurt — Bulgarian
1/2 apples — chopped
mixed berries
1 cup orange juice — fresh
1 Tbs honey
mixed nuts — handful

Place all of the ingredients in your blender.

Blend and serve!
