300 g tripe
salt

Method:

Place your tripe in a pot on high heat.
Add six cups of water.
Let it cook for about 15 minutes.
Add salt to taste.
Let it cook for 2 hours.
Use scissors to cut up tripe in the pot.
Serve with pap.
