Beef pitas with tzatziki

4 pita breads
10 ml vegetable oil
500 g beef — strips
1 rosa tomatoes — halved
cucumber — sliced, to serve
Tzatziki:
1/2 cucumber — grated, drained
1 garlic — cloves, crushed
100 ml yoghurt — Greek

Method:

Place the pita breads onto a baking tray and bake for about eight minutes or until puffed up.

In the meantime heat the oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the beef strips until browned. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add the rosa tomatoes and sauté for a minute.

Tzatziki:
Mix the cucumber, garlic and yoghurt together and season well.

Halve the pita breads and stuff with the beef, tomatoes and slices of cucumber. Drizzle with the tzatziki sauce.
