BBQ chicken wings with garlic and herb cream cheese dip

Ingredients (9)

For the BBQ wings
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp smoked paprika
12 chicken wings
salt and black pepper — to season
To serve
1 tub Président® Garlic & Herbs Cream Cheese

Method:

Put all the ingredients for the BBQ sauce into a pot, whisk together and allow to simmer over a medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.

Toss the chicken wings in a big pinch of salt and pepper.

Grill them over the braai over a medium heat, turning occasionally for about 20-30 minutes, until cooked through.

Toss the wings through the BBQ sauce so they are coated well and evenly.

Return the wings back to the braai over a higher heat. Allow them the crispy and caramelize.

Serve the wings hot with President Garlic & Herbs Cream Cheese on the side.
