Ingredients (7)

15.00 ml french mustard — wholegrain
100.00 ml vinegar — red wine
black pepper — freshly ground
75.00 ml fresh basil — finely chopped
250.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
125.00 ml hazelnuts — roasted

Combine mustard, vinegar, seasoning and basil in a food processor.
Process for 1 minute, switch off and scrape sides of bowl, repeat.
With the motor running, slowly add the oil, then nuts.
Switch off and check the nuts they should be fairly fine but discernible in the dressing.
Do not overprocess.
