Spray a 22 x 22 cm tin with non-stick spray.
Slowly melt the Bar One and butter together. Add the sugar and golden syrup, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.
Remove from the heat and add the puffed rice. Mix rapidly and turn into the prepared tin. Press down firmly and chill until hard.
Cut into triangles.
