|olive oil — extra virgin, for drizzling|
|black pepper — freshly ground|
|180 g||green beans — French variety, trimmed, blanched|
|walnuts — chopped|
|35 g||blue cheese — crumbled|
|1/3 cup||yoghurt — Greek|
|lemon — juice only|
For the chicken
Preheat the grill. Place chicken breasts on a roasting tray, drizzle with olive oil, season and grill until browned and cooked through.
For the dressing
Place all the ingredients for the dressing in a blender and blitz until smooth.
