Banana pancakes with chocolate sauce

Ingredients (9)

200 g flour
2 Tbs sugar
1 tsp baking powder
5 g salt
1 eggs
300 ml milk
2 bananas
200 g dark chocolate
50 ml cream

In a medium bowl whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. 

In another bowl mash the bananas together then add the eggs and milk, mix until just combined. 

Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until just combined and don’t overmix, let the mixture rest for about 10 minutes. 

Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. For each pancake, spoon about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form over the surface of the pancakes, then flip with a thin spatula, and cook 1 or 2 additional minutes.

Chocolate sauce:

Melt 200g chocolate in the microwave 30 seconds each time until its completely melts, make sure your cream is a little warm too. Whisk in the cream to the chocolate until combined.
