|2.00||carrots — scraped and cut into julienne strips|

|4.00||bacon — rashers, chopped|
|2.00||spring onion — chopped|
|30.00 ml||soy sauce|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste|
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC (350ºF).
Spray an oven pan with non-stick spray.
Arrange fish fillets in a single layer in the oven pan.
Pour over the lemon juice.
Arrange the vegetables on top and sprinkle with the bacon and spring onions.
Pour over the soy sauce and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Cover with aluminium foil and bake for about 15 minutes or until the fish is nearly done.
Remove the cover and bake until the fish is done and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve with tartare sauce.
