Ingredients (8)

2 Tbs mayonnaise
1 Tbs tomato sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce
60 ml cream — fresh
1 avocado
8 prawns

Make sauce and chill in fridge.
Sauté prawns quickly in butter;
toss in a glug of whisky and flambé them.
Add them with the juices to the sauce.
