Avocado and sweet chilli noodle salad
|2||avocado — halved and sliced|
|200 g||mixed vegetables|
|2||chicken breast fillets — cooked|
|200||noodles — egg, cooked|
|1/2 cup||sweet chilli sauce|
|1/4 cup||lemon juice|
|2 Tbs||fish sauce|
|2 Tbs||castor sugar|
|2 Tbs||sesame oil|
Mix all the dressing ingredients together well. Toss the salad ingredients together in a large bowl with the dressing until well coated.
Serve in bowls garnished with seeds and sprouts
