|15 ml||baking powder|
|200 ml||brown sugar|
|3||apples — peeled and diced|
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease 2 muffin pans. Sift dry ingredients. Add Jungle Oats and sugar. Beat eggs, oil and milk together. Mix lightly with dry ingredients and add apple. Do not over-mix. Spoon mixture into muffin cups to about 3/4 full. Bake for 25 minutes or until done. Once cooled, dust with cinnamon sugar.
