|salt and freshly ground black pepper|
|20 ml||breyani spice mix|
|5 ml||curry powder — or masala|
|500 ml||LANCEWOOD® Buttermilk|
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and arrange in a prepared dish.
Sprinkle with the spice mixture and the curry or masala and pour the amasi on top. Mix well.
Cover and bake for about 40 minutes until done.
Remove the cover and bake for another 20 minutes or until brown on top and the liquid has reduced slightly.
Serve with rice and a salad or vegetables.
