Dip the rim of a martini glass in water and then in sugar and set aside. Muddle a few mint leaves and a teaspoon of sugar with a dash of water, pour into the martini glass and fill it three-quarters with crushed ice. Add the Amarula Cream and garnish with whole mint leaves.
