Just before the sun sets on your city, shake up this fusion of fire and ice. The heat of fresh chilli is countered by the aroma of vanilla and creamy ice cream.

Ingredients (5)

ice blocks
80 ml amarula — Cream
1 vanilla ice cream — scoop
1 tsp chilli — chopped
1 vanilla pod — to garnish

Method:

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker or blender and shake or blend until smooth.

Pour into a martini glass pre-filled with ice cubes and garnish with a whole fresh chilli or a vanilla pod.
