8.00 peaches — tinned halves
150.00 g amaretti biscuits — crushed
120.00 ml amaretto liqueur
30.00 ml castor sugar
crème fraîche — to serve

Method:

Place peach halves, rounded sides down, in a baking dish. Spoon crushed biscuits over. Sprinkle a little Amaretto liqueur over, then sugar.
Bake for 10 minutes at 190 ºC.
Pour remaining Amaretto over and serve with crème fraîche.
