|200 g||streaky bacon — cut into pieces|

|1 packet||three cheese Alfredo sauce|
|250 g||elbow macaroni pasta — cooked|
|25 ml||cheddar cheese — grated|
|5 ml||dried Italian herbs|
|parmesan cheese — shavings|
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a medium ovenproof dish with butter.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry the bacon and onion until crisp.
Add the three cheese Alfredo sauce and stir until well combined.
Add the cooked pasta and mix until coated in the sauce.
Spoon the mixture into the prepared dish. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese and herbs on top. Bake or 20-30 minutes or until the cheese has melted and browned. Top with the Parmesan cheese shavings and extra bacon (if using) and serve immediately
