5-minute chocolate mug cake
|4 Tbs||flour — cake|
|2 Tbs||cocoa powder|
|1||eggs — beaten|
|3 Tbs||chocolate — chips|
|3 ml||vanilla — essence|
Add all the dry ingredients to a coffee mug (microwave safe). Mix well. Beat the egg and mix in thoroughly.
Pour in the milk, oil and vanilla essence and choc chips if using, and mix well. Place the mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.
The cake will rise to the top of the mug.
Allow to cool before enjoying with a spoon or tip it over onto a plate and serve with custard or ice cream or cream.
