|30 ml||sunflower oil|
|1||onion — chopped|
|1-2||garlic cloves — finely chopped|
|1||green pepper — diced|
|1-3 ml||chilli powder|
|5 ml||ground cumin|
|1||mince — soy|
|1||canned tomatoes — chopped|
|1||red kidney beans — tinned, drained and rinsed|
|50 ml||fresh coriander — chopped|
|avocado — sliced|
Heat the oil and saute´ the onion until soft. Add the garlic and green pepper and saute´ for another minute. Add the spices and fry until fragrant.
Add the soya mince, tomatoes and beans, and water according to the instructions on the soya mince packet. Season to taste. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Stir through the coriander and serve with tortilla chips and sliced avocado.
